Sobre la app

netboot.xyz usa PXE y un menú iPXE para iniciar instaladores de sistemas operativos y herramientas por la red. Esta aplicación incluye el contenedor oficial con interfaz web, TFTP y HTTP para archivos locales. No incluye DHCP: configura el DHCP de tu red para que el servidor y el archivo de arranque apunten a este equipo.

Imported from the Big Bear CasaOS app store and verified to start on Setup; it has not been reviewed line by line.

  • From the source: This app does not run DHCP. Point the LAN's existing DHCP server at this host: - next-server / TFTP server name (option 66): this host's LAN IP - bootfile (option 67): netboot.xyz.kpxe (BIOS), netboot.xyz.efi (x86 64 UEFI), or netboot.xyz-arm64.efi (ARM64 UEFI) These boot filenames are baked into the image. Host UDP 69 must stay mapped to container 69; PXE firmware requires port 69. If another process already bound host UDP 69, TCP 3000, or TCP 8080, the container will fail to start.
